Who we are
The controller of your data is PropertyBySal. Contact: propertybysalih@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your full name, email address, mobile number and Instagram username, when you fill in a form to get a free training or resource.
- How you found the page: the link, campaign or content you arrived from, and a tracking ID that links your visit to that source.
- The type of device you use (mobile, tablet or desktop).
- How much of our training videos you watch (for example, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%).
Why we use it
- To give you access to the free training or resource you asked for.
- To follow up with you about it and about our programmes. A member of the PropertyBySal team may contact you by WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram message.
- To send you marketing emails, but only if you ticked the box to receive them.
- To understand which content and channels bring people to our pages, and which trainings people find useful.
Lawful basis
- Our legitimate interests in responding to your request, following up with people who asked for our free resources, and improving our content.
- Your consent for marketing emails. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run these pages: website hosting, Google (to store sign-ups), Vidalytics (video hosting and viewing data), Trakyo (to measure which links bring visitors), and and Telegram (internal notifications to the PropertyBySal team). Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.
How we look after it
Your details are stored securely and access is limited to the PropertyBySal team. We keep your data for no longer than needed for these purposes, and review and delete it once you've had no contact with us for 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email propertybysalih@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
